# Memory book & photo journal app for friends Updated 11 October 2026 Sea Pals’ Book is a memory book and photo journal app for friends: friends’ pages, kept chat moments, booth strips and a year of moods. The app also keeps postcards in the Sea’s travels album, while Sunday Tide gathers your week’s moments. Friends and couples who already know each other can keep these memories together, for free. ## Friends fill in a page Send your fill-in link and a friend can write a page in the app or on the web without installing Sea Pals. Pages include things such as a name, where you live and how you met. Each page waits for your approval before joining your friendship book. ## Keep a moment from your chat Save a chat moment as a memory. It sits with your friend’s or lagoon’s page in the Book. Sharing a memory outside the app needs everyone in it to say yes. ## Booth strips, together or apart The app’s booth makes 4-cut strips in seasonal frames, with a friend, a lagoon, together on one phone or solo. Shared strips sit with the conversation’s Book page; your own strips have a place, too. For a browser photo booth, try the free booth tool linked below. ## A year of moods, just for you The Book’s year of tides puts your daily moods on a calendar. Only you can read that calendar. This photo journal with friends has room for your quiet days, too. ## Postcards from the islands Mochi visits When Mochi carries a letter to an island, the app creates a postcard of that visit. These live in the Sea’s travels album, alongside your journeys. The week’s postcards can also appear in Sunday Tide. ## Sunday Tide: your week washes up On Sunday evening in your local time, a week with moments washes up as a crate on your island. Open it for a collage of photos, strips, finds, Doori moments, postcards and letters. The crate stays until the next Sunday’s crate replaces it. ## A scrapbook app with friends and your partner The same Book works for long-distance friends and couples who already know each other. Connect by link or code to keep chat moments and make booth strips together. Your partner can fill in a page, too. ### What can I keep in this friendship scrapbook? Friends’ pages, saved chat moments, booth strips and your mood calendar live in the Book. Postcards live in the Sea’s travels album, and Sunday Tide brings the week’s moments together. ### How is the app’s Book different from the free /book tool? The free friendship book tool collects friends’ pages for one person online. The app’s Book holds those pages alongside your other memories, strips and moods. ### Do friends need the app to fill in a page? No. They can use your web fill-in link. You decide which submitted pages to approve for your Book. ### Can couples use it? Yes. A partner you already know can fill in a page, and you can keep shared chat moments and booth strips in your Book. ### Do I lose Sunday Tide if I miss Sunday? You do not have to open it on Sunday. The newest crate stays until the next Sunday’s crate replaces it; skipping a day does not remove your kept memories. ### Is the memory book free, and do I need to use it every day? Yes, it is free. Skipping a day does not remove kept memories or moods. ## Related pages - [Friendship book](https://seapals.app/book) - [Four-cut photo booth](https://seapals.app/booth) - [Shared pet](https://seapals.app/doori) - [Group chats](https://seapals.app/lagoons) - [Pen pal app](https://seapals.app/pen-pals) - [Friends widget app](https://seapals.app/widgets) - [Long-distance friends](https://seapals.app/long-distance-friends) - [Long distance relationship app](https://seapals.app/long-distance-relationship-app) - [BTS fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/bts) - [K-pop fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kpop) - [Korean pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/korean) - [Korean practice with friends](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-korean) - [K-drama fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kdrama) - [Anime fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/anime) - [Japanese pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/japanese) - [Learn Japanese](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-japanese) - [English practice](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-english) - [Adult pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/adults) [Open in your browser](https://seapals.app/app) ## Pen pals for… - [BTS fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/bts) - [K-pop fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kpop) - [Korean pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/korean) - [Korean practice with friends](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-korean) - [K-drama fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kdrama) - [Anime fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/anime) - [Japanese pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/japanese) - [Learn Japanese](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-japanese) - [English practice](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-english) - [Adult pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/adults) ## Legal - [Otter maker](https://seapals.app/make/otter) - [Four-cut photo booth](https://seapals.app/booth) - [Friendship book](https://seapals.app/book) - [Sea creature quiz](https://seapals.app/quiz) - [Letter paper](https://seapals.app/letter) - [Friendship quiz](https://seapals.app/friendship-quiz) - [Virtual pet app with friends](https://seapals.app/doori) - [Friends in other countries](https://seapals.app/lagoons) - [Pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals) - [Safety](https://seapals.app/safety) - [Guides](https://seapals.app/guides) - [Friends widget app](https://seapals.app/widgets) - [Memory book & photo journal](https://seapals.app/memory-book) - [Long-distance friends](https://seapals.app/long-distance-friends) - [Culture](https://seapals.app/culture) - [Long distance relationship app](https://seapals.app/long-distance-relationship-app) - [BTS fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/bts) - [K-pop fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kpop) - [Korean pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/korean) - [Korean practice with friends](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-korean) - [K-drama fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/kdrama) - [Anime fans](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/anime) - [Japanese pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/japanese) - [Learn Japanese](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-japanese) - [English practice](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/learn-english) - [Adult pen pals](https://seapals.app/pen-pals/adults) - [Help](https://seapals.app/help) - [Privacy](https://seapals.app/legal/privacy) - [Terms](https://seapals.app/legal/terms) - [Community guidelines](https://seapals.app/legal/guidelines) - [Child safety](https://seapals.app/legal/child-safety) - [About](https://seapals.app/about) City data from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0)
